ESS - Emergency Social Services
Emergency Social Services (ESS) provides immediate, short-term support to individuals and families affected by emergencies or disasters. This includes basic needs like food, lodging, clothing, and information, as well as emotional support and family reunification services. Indigenous Medical Transportation
Indigenous medical transport programs provide transportation assistance to eligible Indigenous peoples who need to travel for medically necessary healthcare services that are not available in their community or on reserve. These programs often cover costs associated with travel, accommodation, and meals, and may also include coverage for escorts if needed.
