OUTREACH PROGRAMS
Mountain Rose Women's Shelter provides a Confidential, Safe, Non-Judgemental space where women can gather to share their stories, build a community of support as well as gain Education, Awareness, Insight, Healing and Growth on a variety of topics such as: Abuse, Cycle of Abuse, Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships, Safety Planning, Self-Esteem/Awareness and Boundaries.
Support for Women
Women's Drop-In Support Group - Thursdays from 10:00am to 11:30am
The Drop-In Support group is for women who have experienced Abuse, Violence and Control in their relationships.
One on One Counselling is also available.
On Reserve Programming
Men's Group - Wednesdays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
A weekly program for court mandated clients to learn about abuse and its effects. All males are welcome to attend.
Women's Group - Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
A weekly drop-in program for all women to come together for support and healing.
